

Molly is the creator and founder of G.R.I.E.F DANCE, a 90-minute healing journey through movement, music, and meditation. During this therapeutic group experience, participants will move through the waves of Gratitude, Resilience, Intuition, Empowerment, and Feeling.

With education, experience, and certifications in Dance/movement Therapy, Thanatology, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga, Molly incorporates the physical and subtle energy bodies, movement efforts, trauma-informed meditation, and authentic movement within every G.R.I.E.F DANCE session.
